· Booking request form: name, email, phone number and stay dates. · Traveler registration (required by law before check-in): name, surnames, ID document, nationality, address and any other data required by Royal Decree 933/2021. · Review form: name (optional), rating and comment.

3. Purpose of processing

To handle your booking request and get in touch with you; to comply with the legal obligation to report traveler data to the competent authorities; and to publish guest reviews after the host reviews them.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (when submitting the forms) and, for traveler registration, on compliance with a legal obligation (Royal Decree 933/2021).

5. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, in the case of traveler registration, for the minimum 3-year period required by law.

Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Traveler registration data is reported to SES.Hospedajes (Spanish Ministry of the Interior) as required by law.
